When part-time freelance photography and copywriting around my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA (where I was mainly working as a bartender and studying journalism), led to an opportunity to work for Source Interlink Media as a staff editor on print magazines within their International Automotive Group, I packed up and headed west for the job that would net me close to 500 articles published in more than two dozen print and web-based titles, over a period of four years.
Today, back in the freelance fray full-time (after a few subsequent years working as social-media admin for Mazda USA agency of record Garage Team Mazda), I’ve added to that list with lots of advertorial photography and copywriting for clients like Toyota/TRD, Lexus, Nissan, Buick, BFGoodrich Tires, Nitto Tire, GT Radial, Casio/G-Shock, Turtle Wax, Mothers Polish, Konig American, and more.
